It's nice hotel, it is located 20-30 minutes by bus from a Venezia Palazzo (bus number 60) and bus number 90 to Termini Stataion. There is a train station Roma-Nomentana near the hotel (exit rigth side from the station, turn rigth, after that turn left at the crossroads with a traffic lights) and it's very convenient to come from the Airport Fiumicino(5 Euro).

If you take the FM-1 train (sometimes called FR-1) from Fiumicino airport and get off at Nomentana as the web site directs, make sure you turn RIGHT at the bottom of the stairs!
